We are looking for a dedicated part time Leafletting and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and distributing leaflets to raise awareness about our wellbeing platform, as well as encouraging signups and platform usage. The role is a self-employed role and would require you to onboarded and supported to work self-employed. Our wellbeing platform encompasses a broad range of features such as a marketplace, a knowledgebase, and more. As such, our Specialist will need to be comfortable communicating about these diverse aspects of our platform. While this role involves working within the public sphere, we are specifically interested in candidates who have a history of severe mental illness, such as anxiety, ocd, and schizophrenia and paranoid schizophrenia. We believe that a unique perspective and lived experience with mental health challenges can bring valuable insights to our team, and we are committed to providing a supportive work environment that promotes wellness and success. This role will be suitable for someone who is in the middle of their recovery journey and would benefit from having one of our personal assistants work with them.

Key Responsibilities:

Distribute leaflets to promote our platform to potential users for holistic wellbeing. Communicate the features and benefits of our platform, including the marketplace, knowledgebase, and future features. Engage with potential users to encourage signups and answer any questions they may have about the platform. Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for raising awareness and increasing platform usage. Utilize personal experiences with mental health to provide unique insights into our marketing approach. Participate in team meetings, contributing to ongoing marketing strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

Experience in leafletting, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a team and contribute to collaborative strategies. Willingness to share personal experiences and insights related to mental health. Would like to learn how to manage stress effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
